印度工業(yè)貿(mào)易部于2024年03月15日發(fā)布了最新“2024年皮革和其他材料制鞋（質(zhì)量控制）公告”，該公告表示皮革和其他材料制鞋即將被列入印度BIS強(qiáng)制認(rèn)證清單，強(qiáng)制生效時(shí)間為2024年08月01日，意味著以下產(chǎn)品在強(qiáng)制認(rèn)證執(zhí)行后，進(jìn)入印度市場時(shí)需獲取BIS認(rèn)證標(biāo)識，產(chǎn)品詳情見下表

注意：還規(guī)定，如果任何經(jīng)印度標(biāo)準(zhǔn)局認(rèn)證的制造商或任何已向印度標(biāo)準(zhǔn)局申請認(rèn)證的制造商在本命令生效之前，根據(jù)《2016年印度標(biāo)準(zhǔn)局法案》（2016年第11號）第18節(jié)第（4）分節(jié)的規(guī)定，對其在本命令生效之前生產(chǎn)或進(jìn)口的無印度標(biāo)準(zhǔn)局標(biāo)志的鞋類產(chǎn)品的舊庫存進(jìn)行申報(bào)，則應(yīng)允許該制造商在2025年6月30日之前銷售、展示或要約銷售這些申報(bào)庫存。
